Unlike the previous meeting, which was conducted for all teaching staff to introduce general procedures, this session specifically focused on assigning roles to ensure effective LMS usage for academic management. The meeting was chaired by Muhammad Saeed Khan, Director QEC, and attended by the Principal, Assistant Professors, and relevant administrative staff. During the session, participants were briefed on allocating courses and subjects, managing class schedules, and recording attendance through the LMS. Detailed demonstrations were provided to explain step-by-step procedures and proper data entry, emphasizing accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with QEC’s quality assurance standards. The Chairperson clarified the responsibilities of the Principal and Assistant Professors in coordinating course assignments, monitoring attendance, and ensuring that the LMS operates efficiently for all faculty members. Questions were raised and addressed to ensure clarity and uniform understanding among the participants. At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed that these responsibilities will be implemented to enhance faculty convenience and improve academic quality, and that follow-up support will be provided by QEC to ensure successful execution. Such focused sessions will continue as part of QEC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen academic governance and operational efficiency.
