Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC)
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of KPIMS is a dedicated unit committed to ensuring and enhancing the quality of education, teaching, research, and administrative processes in accordance with national and international standards. QEC works as a central mechanism for promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and academic excellence across all departments of the institute.
QEC is responsible for implementing quality assurance policies, conducting Self-Assessment Reports (SARs), coordinating academic reviews, and facilitating effective use of modern tools such as the Learning Management System (LMS). It also supports faculty and departments through training, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and best practices in higher education.
Through systematic evaluation, documentation, and feedback-driven improvement, the Quality Enhancement Cell plays a vital role in strengthening institutional performance and ensuring that KPIMS delivers high-quality education aligned with its mission and vision.

QEC Conducted LMS Training for AHS Faculty
Workshop January 30, 2026
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), KPIMS, organized a training session for the AHS Department faculty in the Nursing Lecture Hall. The session provided hands-on guidance on effectively using the Learning Management System (LMS), including logging in, managing student attendance, uploading course content, and handling assignments. Chaired by Muhammad Saeed Khan, Director QEC, the session focused on enhancing academic quality, improving documentation, and ensuring smooth LMS-based operations. The Principal AHS, Assistant Professors, and faculty members actively participated in this initiative.
