Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) meeting was successfully held on 09 October 2025 (Thursday) from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM in the Conference Hall.
The meeting covered the following key points:
QEC Self-Assessment Report (SAR) Requirements:
Discussion on HEC-mandated criteria and documentation process.
Emphasis on departmental responsibilities in maintaining attendance, faculty data, and program-related evidence.
LMS Requirements:
Discussion on the importance of correcting and updating student data (Name, Father’s Name, Registration Numbers, and Gmail ID).
Departments were requested to assist in data collection through either Google Forms or in-class verification.
Attendance Records:
Departments were reminded to submit Lab and Clinical Rotation attendance at the end of each month and a semester summary for QEC documentation.
