World Heart Day Celebration By Cardiology Department, AHS, Every year on 29th September, We observe World Heart Day to raise awareness about cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and emphasize the importance of heart health. Cardiology Department of AHS organized a special event under the supervision of the Principal AHS, with active participation from AP Cardiology AHS, department faculty, and enthusiastic students.The Chief Guest of the event was Mr. Afsar Dad, Director of Nursing at the Peshawar Institute of Cardiology, who shared valuable insights on the significance of cardiology and its impact on community health.Chairman KPIMS also addressed the audience, Motivating students and highlighting the importance of professional dedication in the medical field. In addition, the Director of Academics (KMU), along with principals, directors and esteemed faculty members of KPIMS shared their words of encouragement and support. The event was a successful initiative to educate, inspire, and remind everyone of the critical role heart health plays in our lives and communities.
